Geoff Mendelson records sounds and songs for two different projects called  “Spasmodic Joy” and “Elder Threat Block”. The first one develops a music ranging from atmospheric folk to angry pop, while the other one is used to experiment, twist, cut and even remix all kinds of things. However, Geoff often ends up alone on stage with a guitar, and no other form of protection than a bunch of reckless, ecstatic, desperate songs.

Geoff Mendelson enregistre des sons et des chansons pour deux projets différents appelés « Spasmodic Joy » et « Elder Threat Block ».  Il développe dans le premier une musique allant de la folk atmosphérique à une pop énervée, tandis que l’autre est à l’usage de l’expérimentation, pour couper, transformer et même remixer toutes sortes de choses. Quoi qu’il en soit, Geoff finit généralement seul sur scène avec sa guitare et sans autre forme de protection qu’un tas de chansons exaltées, désordonnées et désespérées.
